About us
ARMT was established on July 6, 2022, pursuant to the Palestinian Companies Law No. (42 of 2021), as a public shareholding company, and was registered under company registration number 562601583. The company obtained official approval and a license to practice insurance activities from the Palestine Capital Market Authority on August 17, 2023, after fulfilling all the necessary operational requirements.
The company was launched through the initiative of a group of distinguished Palestinian businessmen, with a founding capital of USD 15 million, embodying its philosophy of offering insurance services based on the principles of cooperation and Takaful, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
Our aim is to meet the evolving needs of our clients, becoming an integral part of their lives by protecting their assets and supporting sustainable development and economic stability in Palestine.
