Lama Esam Sayeh

Born in Qalqilya in 1975.
Holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Supply Chains from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA.

She has held executive leadership positions at Palestine Telecommunications Company and Jawwal, including:

Director of Human Resources

Director of Customer Care

Director of Digital Services

Director of Creativity and Innovation

She has represented Palestine in local and international arenas as a global judge in areas such as customer experience, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship competitions.
An active member of several professional forums, she also serves as a Board Member of Al-Ruwad Association and Schools – Nablus.
