Ramallah – ARMT Holds Annual General Assembly and Approves 2024 Financial Results

ARMT held its ordinary annual general assembly meeting in the city of Ramallah, attended by Chairman of the Board Mr. Abdel Ghani Al-Attari, CEO Dr. Ahmad Mashasha, company shareholders, board members, the Sharia Supervisory Board, and executive management. Representatives from the Insurance Directorate and the Securities Directorate at the Palestinian Capital Market Authority, a representative from the Companies Controller at the Ministry of National Economy, as well as the company’s external auditors and legal advisor, were also present.

The meeting commenced with a welcoming speech by Chairman Mr. Abdel Ghani Al-Attari, who expressed his appreciation for the attendance of all relevant parties and emphasized the importance of the meeting in light of the company’s growing presence in the Palestinian insurance market. After the Companies Controller's representative confirmed the legal quorum, the discussion of the agenda items was initiated.

In his speech, Al-Attari expressed pride in the company’s positive performance during 2024, affirming that the financial and administrative results reflect a promising trajectory and steady progress toward achieving the company’s goals and strengthening its presence in the Takaful insurance sector in Palestine.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the general assembly approved both the administrative and financial reports and discharged the Board of Directors from liability for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2024. The assembly also appointed Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. as the company’s external auditor for the 2025 fiscal year, authorizing the Board of Directors to determine their fees.
